Method of Practicing Bhastrika Pranayama

  • Initially breathe slowly.

  • Now breathe in force and exhale forcefully.

  • In this way, inhale and exhale forcefully 10 times with speed.
  • During this exercise your sound should be like a snake’s herring.
  • After breathing 10 times, finally inhale as deeply as possible after exhaling. Stop breathing (Kumbhak).
  • Then let it out slowly.
    After leaving this deep breath, one cycle of Bhastrika Pranayama was completed.
  • In this way you do 10 cycles.

Method Of Practicing Anulom-Vilom

  • Kapalbhati Kriya should not be given to patients with high blood pressure, dizziness, hernia, epilepsy, seizures, heart disease and gastric ulcers.

  • If you have back pain, do Kapalbhati only after consulting a doctor.

  • If you do this pranayama then you must know when to do kapalabhati because there are no benefits of doing this pranayama at all times.

  • Kapalbhati Karne Ka Samay should be morning. Wake up early in the morning and do this pranayama on an empty stomach.

Benifits Of Kapalbhati Pranayam

  • Sit in meditation posture, sitting in Padmasana is more beneficial.
  • Keep your hands on the knee keeping the spine straight.
  • Now close your eyes and leave the whole body light.
  • Take a deep breath. (Your stomach should be out at this time)
    Exhale, exhale and pull the stomach inward.
  • In this sequence, take the breath 20 times and leave it out.
  • After completing Kapalbhati, sit in a state of peace for 1 minute and feel peace in mind

What is Bhramari Pranayama?

Bhramari pranayama is an asana performed as a process of breathing and exhaling. This posture is also known as Kali Indian bee. Performing this asana helps in relaxing peace of mind as well as feeling relaxed. Being an easy to do posture, it can be done anywhere at home, office or elsewhere.

In this pranayama, it is called Bhramari pranayama because the sound coming out of the breath is like the echo of a bee.

Way to do Bhramari Pranayama

  • First of all, go to a peaceful environment to do this asana.
  • – Now sit comfortably and feel yourself in the Relax.
  • Now take a deep breath and release, slowly closing both eyes.
     
    – Keep your fingers on the ears and eyes.
  • – Press the cartilage while exhaling and exhale.
  • – During this time you will hear the buzzing sound of bees.
     
    – Keep your mouth shut while making this sound.
  • Also, note that do not press the ear cartilage hard.
  • While doing this asana, keep the sound that comes out high.
  • Do repeatedly atleast for 8-10 times

Chanting should be according to the time period. To the morning “A” or “अ” should be long enough, “U” or “उ” should be less and “M” or “म” should be more less or silent. And middle of the day chanting should be like “A” or “अ” should be less, “U” or “उ” should be long and high and “M” or “म” should be less or silent. And evening time chanting should be different like “A” should be less, “U” should be little bit high and “M” more higher. This is a right technique to chant the “AUM” Mantra. What would be the benefits of the chanting ? How does it work for person. Let’s talk about it. Physically. “AUM” chanting helps to increase the immunity power of the body, and improve lungs capacity. And the lunch should be like a king, the king’s food should be delicious as well as nutritious, which we call a complete meal, it should include all vitamins, minerals etc.

But dinner should be like a beggar, very light food which can easily digest, because digestion is not as active while sleeping at night, so dinner should be as light as possible which is easy to digest And have as earli as possible so that our digestive system gets enough time to do its job done.
